2022年11月,TIAS的職涯輔導顧問 (Career Consultants) 與荷蘭行銷顧問公司BrandLoyalty合作舉辦為期兩天的BrandLoyalty Event,也是Personal & Career Development Program (PCDP) 課程的一部分,目的是讓MBA學生們能夠充分地學以致用。
我們針對這次的活動,以文字形式的方式訪問了TIAS 資深職涯輔導顧問 Ms. Marleen Croonen,讓大家對於TIAS商學院的PCDP 所提供的訓練以及協助有更多的了解:
Question 1: What’s the (expected) goal/purpose for this BrandLoyalty event?
Learning objectives: (1) Practice your problem solving and presentation skills; (2) Put into practice what you’ve learnt so far in your academic courses; (3) Collaborate as a team under time pressure
Question 2: What kind of activities were included in this two-day event?
(1) Presentation by BrandLoyalty, and give the explanation of business challenge/assignment; (2) Work on the business challenge in study groups (within 6-8 hours); (3) Group presentations to the the jury of BrandLoyalty and the announcement of award-winning team; (4) Coffee/tea-time for connecting/chat with BrandLoyalty team
Question 3: What’s the difference(s) between a company visit (to BrandLoyalty) and this BrandLoyalty event?
This was a combination of elements: real life business case, team collaboration and visiting BrandLoyalty for the team presentations!
Question 4: From your observation, what’s the most valuable thing to our MBA students, from this event?
The students like to work on a real-life business case that is appealing to them. BrandLoyalty has an interesting concept to offer. The students are challenged to think out of the box and come up with creative ideas. There are so many elements involved and working under time pressure with your team is also good for the team bonding.
